1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Registration

Where multiple accounts are detected, all but the original account will be suspended without notice, all bonus balances across all accounts will be forfeited, and any withdrawal requests pending on duplicate accounts will be cancelled.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. hot888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify hot888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hot888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hot888 does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency wallets. This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
There is no platform-side fee charged on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which hot888 bears no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating hours. hot888 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation (e.g. national ID card, proof of mobile number ownership) before releasing funds.

3.4 Deposits Used Only for Gambling

Funds deposited into your hot888 account must be used only for the purpose of placing wagers on games and sporting events available on the platform. hot888 accounts are not to be used as general-purpose money transfer or storage accounts. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, structuring, or other illicit financial activity will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

hot888 offers various bonus programmes to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. hot888 reserves the right to decline any bonus claim where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being exploited, whether through multi-accounting, use of a VPN, or any other method intended to circumvent the single-account rule.

4.3 Modification or Withdrawal of Bonuses

hot888 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms applicable when the bonus was originally granted, unless there is evidence of abuse.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hot888 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event.
Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with the platform without explicit written approval from hot888.
Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any wins generated through a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.
Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
Attempting to launder money or engage in any other financial crime through the platform.
Threatening, harassing, or abusing hot888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law without disclosing this to hot888.

hot888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the above conduct, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Game Rules & Bet Settlement

6.1 Game Outcomes

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are final once the round has completed and the result has been displayed on screen. Disputes regarding RNG game outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed round.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, settlement rules for the relevant sport and market type apply as set out in the sport-specific betting rules available on the platform. hot888's decision on bet settlement is final.

6.3 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously erroneous price (e.g. due to a technical fault or data feed error), hot888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. hot888 reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is subsequently voided under these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

hot888 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools, available at any time from within the account settings panel:

Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
Session time limits: Receive an on-screen notification after a pre-set period of continuous play.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Amendments & Governing Law

hot888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an on-screen notification at next login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. hot888 operates as an entertainment platform.
